How to request deletion
- Email support@waymakermarkets.com from the email address linked to your account (or contact your company administrator if you are a staff user).
- Include:
- Your full name
- Your username
- Company name (if applicable)
- A clear statement: “Request to delete my WayMaker Markets account”
- We will verify your identity and respond within 30 days.
If you are a staff user
Your account may be managed by your employer. Contact your company administrator first to remove your user access. To delete personal data we hold about you, email support as described above.
What we delete
- User profile (name, email, username, profile photo)
- Login credentials and session tokens
- Device push notification tokens
- Personal preferences stored for your account
What may be retained
- Business records (sales, inventory, accounting entries) created under your organization. These belong to the company tenant and may be kept for legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
- Backup copies for a limited period (up to 90 days), then removed from active backups.
- Information we must keep by law (for example security or fraud-prevention audit logs).
